[ic] PGP Failure

Daer List,

I have several PGP failures in my log files.  Some are followed by an
inability to send email using sendmail.

[18/June/2002:21:07:10 -0700] catalog /store/catalog/process.html Successful
login by user '<username>'
[18/June/2002:21:08:37 -0700] catalog /store/catalog/process.html PGP failed
with status 3072:

I've got 31 of these for the last month or so.  Apparently this is an out of
memory error based on the list archives.

No solutions appear on the mailing list, so I thought I'd bring it up again.
