G'Day Folks,

Just thought I would bring up a new bug we have more recently come across in
the UI.

The bug occurs when you are using the three pricing levels, you manually enter
an order, and then associate it with a user which is assigned the distribute or
dealer pricing. The invoice is processed with the standard user pricing level
and not the discounted level.

I am sure some of you have come across this before, but I just wanted to make
sure it became common information, so we don't see 500 messages about it.
