Separate the form args with a new line:

    [tagname form=|
        foo=bar
        hello=world
        etc=etc
    |]

That works for any tag that takes a "form" parameter in this context.

You didn't specify that you were using the [query] tag in your email;
I would have made my previous reply more specific. :-)
