[ic] mv_session_id and id cgi parameters

Do both 'mv_session_id' and 'id' cgi parameters correspond to the
session id?  From the docs it looks like this is the case.  The area tag
explains that it will expand and contain the session id passed as
'mv_session_id' and the process tag explains that it will expand and
contain the session id as 'id'.  Knowing this will help me solve the
problem with the third party search engine crawling our site.
