[ic] Session Failure Messages

Does anyone know where I can edit the session failure messages?

Also, I get the message "Not logged in." sometimes when clicking on the log 
in button on the buttonbar.  How does that make any sense?  The code in 
there is:

<P>
<font size="2" __FFACE__><center>[data session failure]</center></font>
<P>
[else]
[/else]
[/if]

Why would I get the message "Not logged in." on the log in page when I'm not 
logged in and I click on the log in button?
