Definite answers?.. hummm.. well, it definitely works.

I have ensim on my server, and IC and there have been
NO conflicts.  However, they are totally separate, its not
like cpanel where it creates catalogs, etc.  I manually
create catalogs, restart, etc, and have not seen any 
incompatibilities.
