May I suggest that if you are taking credit cards that you retain the login
function and force them to use it.

Credit card fraud is rampant and obtaining personal data from the card
holder helps to reduce the risk. (And, helps the recovery process.)

If credit cards are not involved, then please ignore this outburst!
