You most likely have entered the wrong path in the makecat script. The www.xxxx.net/foundation is a static page in your public html
space and is not a page delivered by Interchange.

I suggest you read through http://www.icdevgroup.org/archive/interchange-users/2001/msg12110.html and prepare your answers for
makecat.
