[ic] Implementing the CSI LinkPoint with RedHat Interchange 4.8.5

Hello Everyone,

I am very new at imnplementing the API with PERL and would like to know if
it's a very simple way of implementing CardServices International's
LinkPoint API with the new RedHat Interchange 4.8.5.

And if so can anyone guide me step by step in how to configure the pages
from within the Interchange's Administration.
