My host just set up my catalogs for me and they included this message to me:

WARNING!!! SINCE WE SETUP THE INTERCHANGE STORES FOR YOU, DO NOT CLICK ON
"INTERCHANGE STORE" UNDER THE TOOLS IN YOUR ADMIN AREA. THIS COULD RESET
YOUR CATALOG!

Will this limit what I can do in any way?
