[ic] Documentation Question

hi,
my first question is where is the pdf version
documentation files? i searched for it but couldn't
find.
second question is how can i translate interchange to
turkish? i can't understand how to do, because there
is no such a seperate file, for example. will i go to
every line and if there is a string then translate it?
probably not, at least i hope not :)
i searched the maillist archives and saw some people
tried to translate. if you need help to complete the
translation i can help, also.
