Well, that seems simple to me....

You are talking about a 'page editor'. Like someone before me that you gave
a smartass answer to, I've got no idea what you are referring to.

However, the term 'page editor' indicates to me a web page - something that
is written in html. You only have ONE html page in that directory! So, that
is all that is being offered to you.
