[ic] Updating pages using the admin.

I am using v.8.2 on RedHat 7.2

We have quite a few clients using the admin. section to update their HTML 
files using the Content tab.  However, whenever they do this, the system 
adds "/interchange/en_US" to all of the paths utilizing the <img src> tag.

For instance, when the path is set to <img src="foo.jpg">, when you load 
the corresponding page in the admin. it changes it to <img 
src="/interchange/en_US/foo.jpg">.

Does anyone know why this would be happening?

I think that I have seen this posted before in the archives, but I cannot 
find it.

Any help would be much appreciated.
