Hi Harry,
Sorry for the delay in your order. You are correct--the mugs were supposed
to be shipped March 1.  However, when the shipment of mugs arrived to us,
they had to be sent back to the manufacturer for corrections (what else
would you expect from "Pessimist's Mugs"?).  We expect the new shipment to
arrive any day now.  It's all a part of our master plan to make sure you are
as dissatisfied as we are.  Thanks for your patience and we apologize for
any inconvenience this may have caused.
