[ic] html email- some work, some don't

Hi,

I was messing around with sending out an email from an IC page in HTML
instead of plain text.  Here's my problem:  Using standard <html> tags,
I attempted to send mail to a 
Hotmail account (and it looks nice), and 
Compuserve account (and it looks nice) and to a 
regular domain account that I pull up in MS Outlook.  

In outlook, I see all the tags and the email is just plain text.  Has
anybody else successfully done this?
