[ic] html email- some work, some don't

Hi Tim, and thanks for that suggestion.
I have inserted :

[tag mime type: TEXT/HTML][/tag]

But it wont change, and still says:

---ZymU5kL8-6:=12059
Content-Type: TEXT/PLAIN; CHARSET=US-ASCII
