[ic] Upgrading from Minivend

We have a client who is considering upgrading from Minivend to
Interchange. I have setup Interchange before, but have never actually
seen the configuration for Minivend so I'm not sure how much they
differ.

Does anything exist to facilitate such things as importing
products from the old database?  Either a utility or some
documentation?  Or is it simply easier to start again from scratch?
