Dear all,

    OK, I've spent a lot of time trying to producing multiple routes, but
failed for the reasons listed here (getting rid of ignore mv_order_route,
receipt pages not showing, or the default route simply overtakes everything)
    Curious though, anyone have experienced in getting multiple order route
working?
btw, I think you can still use buttons to send different orders even if you
are using the default route.  Just set pass the relevant values (email,
fax...etc) inside the button tags.
