[ic] images not working in ssl

actually, just figured it out. in my catalog.cfg file I changed the
following line from

SecureURL  http://__SERVER_NAME____CGI_URL__

to

SecureURL  https://__SERVER_NAME____CGI_URL__

and now the images work!!
