	Actually, nothing's wrong.  Try SERVER/cgi-bin/foundation/admin/login.html
That works just fine.  On your site it sent me to the following URL:
http://ic.d0t.de/cgi-bin/foundation/admin/login?mv_session_id=88yrmK4S&mv_pc
=1&destination=admin%2findex

So it looks like you're ready :)
