were talking apache at this point, not interchange. so that would probably
be in httpd.conf, depending on how you've got it set up. then just refer
to the cgi's externally, like kevin just recommended in his last post.

the syntax looks something like:

	ScriptAlias /scary-user-cgi-bin/ /home/www/scary-user-cgi-bin/

you probably have at least one in there already, or maybe one commended
out. i am, of course, still under the assumption that you are running
apache here.
