[ic] New to Interchange and Perl---Layout page gives server error

I have interchange up running correctly on one machine(linux 8.2)and it
works perfect. However on the other box(linux 9.0) everything works perfect,
but the latout page in design returns a Internal Server error. All other pages 
work correctly. The server log reports An error "Premature end of script 
headers". I am unable to figure this out! Thanks for any help!
