[ic] Why the """"too many quotes""""

I ran into a little issue.  Some of my tables had populations with "quotes"
around the items.  I deleted all that I could find.

On my lefthand side navigation, all of the catagories have quotes displayed.
Obviously, the links won't work.

I can't find where they are after looking until 3:30AM.  I need some sleep
and coffee.  If anyone has run into this and knows where to look or what has
happened, please share the wealth!
