    Its in lib/Vend/Payment as BoA.pm .  The docs are at
interchange.rtfm.info under "downloads".  Also, if you are using the
foundation store with mysql or postgres, save yourself hours and hours of
aggrevation and modify your etc/profiles.order file as follows:

change
&set=mv_payment Real-time Credit Card (%c -- [var MV_PAYMENT_MODE])

to
&set=mv_payment Credit Card (%c)

    The existing mv_payment description is too long to fit in the 32
characters configured for the corresponding database field.
