[ic] using special characters in menu

Hello all,

I want to use a lot of special characters for the levelnames in my menu and
submenu's (like < > , ; / -  2 etc.)

Example:
Bottles  :   4 x 0 - 100 ml. / (max. 400ml. total)
                4 x 0 - 1000 ml. / (max. 4000 ml. total)
	    > 1 liter
               etc.

But when I use these characters in my menu I get the message : "Sorry, no
matches for ..........."

Any ideas?  I appreciate your help.
