[ic] Newbie has questions and needs some help

how do you help people who don't even know the basics?  they are smart
enough to ask a simple question like how do I build my site, but
unfortunately they lack the vocabulary to understand the technical answers
to that question.  Gee's, I've been studying interchange for a year and I
don't understand most of the questions and answers I see posted. Why spend
hours explaining the code to someone who couldn't possible understand what
your saying.
