[ic] mod_perl

I'm interested in using Interchange with mod_perl. Where can I find
information on how to use Interchange with mod_perl?

According to a thread I saw on-line there's suppose to be documentation
on how to use mod_perl with this application located at
scripts/ic_mod_perl.PL However, that file doesn't exist with the 4.8.6
distribution.

Thanks to anyone who can help me with this issue.
