[ic] Browser security warning... why?

I'm getting the IE browser warning that the information I'm sending to the
current site might be retransmitted to a nonsecure site when I try to submit
a form with a new page I've put together.  I can't figure out why it's doing
this.  I have the form's action set to "[process secure=1]" and all the
other secure forum submissions on my site work great without this warning
coming up.  What am I forgetting?
