[ic] Perl problem

This probably is not related to IC, but as it may affect it, I'll post 
it here. I could find the same question in several places, but no 
solution.

When trying to update Bundle::libnet or Bundle::CPAN, I consistently 
get this:

Bundle summary: The following items in bundle Bundle::libnet had
installation problems:
  Net::Cmd === Cut ===

Where can I find instructions as to how to also install Net::Cmd?
