[ic] More Payment Problems

Again, I have scoured the archives and no avail. I got past my first
issue with the Verisign binaries (stupidly, I forgot to give them
execute permissions, that will do it every time)

Now, I can't seem to get rid of this error when checking out:

Credit Card Information: Charge error: 1 Reason: User authentication
failed. Please call in your order or try again.
(signio): Charge failed, reason: Charge error: 1 Reason: User
authentication failed. Please call in your order or try again.

I have tried everything I can think of, and everything that I could find
on the newsgroup, but it still doesn't seem to work. Note I am using the
binaries and not the perl version of the verisign SDK because I do not
have root access to my server.

I can log in to the verisign website with the credentials I am using in
my config files, however I can't seem to authenticate within
Interchange.

Any ideas?
