[ic] SurePay module

I'm working on SurePay integration for a site. I've found the GlobalSub
that's been floating around, and I'm planning on turning it into a
proper module. I noticed that there's been some talk of others doing
this, but it doesn't seem to have hit a finished point (or I'm not able
to find it). The last post on the issue I found was about a year ago.

If someone's been working on it, I'd be happy to run with whatever you
