[ic] NoAbsolute set error in log for interchange.pid

Hello everyone,

I've got a site running IC 4.9.7 without any problems on the users end. 
On the admin interface end, the following error appears in the
error.log:

/cgi-bin/em/admin/genconfig.html Can't read file
'/usr/lib/interchange/etc/interchange.pid' with NoAbsolute set


Here's the permissions for the /usr/lib/interchange/etc directory
drwxr-xr-x    3 ic       ic           4096 Apr 24 09:49 etc

Here's permissions for interchange.pid:

-rw-------    1 ic       ic              6 Apr 24 09:49 interchange.pid

There are no noticeable errors on the front end, and I can get to
everything I need without any problems.  Just thought this error should
be addressed.

Any ideas?
