[ic] custom report generator problem

If I build and generate a custom report, run and save it, the next time that
I retrieve the saved definition, it does not come up correctly.

The search filters and sort order appear to be OK, but all of the columns
all default back to 2ndDayAir for their lookup.

This means that I have to re-enter all of the settings.

Is there a way to fix this?
