[ic] How to recalculate shipping from the back end

I'm running IC 4.9.8.  Is there an easy way to get interchange to 
recalculate shipping costs (similar to the way it recalculates total and 
sales tax) when I edit an order from the backend?  Currently it won't 
even allow me to change the shipping costs manually.
