[ic] Checkout/processing with too long of titles

Hi Folks,

RH7.3/IC 4.8.5

I've just come to find out that items with too long of 'short description::description' will not allow the checkout function(submit)
to process the order.

Is there a limit on how long the short description can be in regard to submitting the order?

I cut back the short description to a more reasonable length and the order went through.

However, if there's a limit on the length this field can be in order for the checkout/submit function to operate, please point me in
the right direction.
