[ic] Does anybody have Matrix Options working?

Unfortunately I did not document the changes I made to my local version of
IC so I am unable to post them. It was mainly SQL errors such as "!=" (not
equal to) been written as "=!" as well as a an extra "and" or "or" here and
there.

If their is a certain part that someone needs help with I could easily check
my code to see what changes I have made to that area.
