[ic] ver5.0.0 new error in Upgrade (DBI)

table 'gift_certs' failed: Can't locate object method "open_table" via
package "Vend::Table::DBI" at /usr/local/interchange/lib/Vend/Data.pm line
1035.

I am getting this error for all of the db tables in each catalog on the
server.

I have upgraded to the latest stable perl version.  Managed to get
everything else back up but am running into this problem now.

Appreciate any feedback.
