[ic] Interchange should make thumbnails

Why isn't this documented?  When I searched for the three terms image 
makesize imagesubdir with google, I only found your posting to this 
list.  Would this tag create the thumbnail the first time I tried to 
access it?  What I am trying to accomplish is that my client, the 
storekeeper, does not have to create and upload multiple sizes of his 
images.
