[ic] Shipping problem after upgrading from 4.8.6 to 4.8.7

I have a strange problem after upgrading to 4.8.7:
No orders could be created anymore.
The logs said routing error. 

I disabled all the shipping methods and orders went
through again. 

My problem is now that I cant charge shipping at the moment.
Does the shipping.asc file have a new format in 4.8.7 or what
could be the problem here. I copied everything from my old
catalogs directory into my new catalogs directory. 

Did any of had a similar problem?
