[ic] Auto-create of user failed pt 2

Hi
I have used the following code in both the checkout.html and the
receipt.html to display the tax total:

[loop list="__TAXAREA__"]
                 [currency][fly-tax [loop-code]][/currency]
[/loop]

I used it for the email receipt sent to the customer accept it displays 0.
How can I set the email receipt to display the correct tax total?

I cannot use [salestax] as all prices in the catalogue include tax.
