Using 4.8.6, I need to add a fixed shipping and/or handling charge for any items in a "samples" category. I want to set a different amount for various items. Reading the docs, it looks like I can edit the shipping file and set mv_handling somewhere, but I haven't found a description of the syntax. Can I define specific amounts on a per-item basis?
