[ic] Shipping Mode

 HI,

  I know this has been asked before and I have read a
lot of posts but I can't get it to work for me.

I'm running ic 4.9.5 and I'm trying to create a ship
mode simalar to the Free shipping mode except I wanna
call it Pick Up where customers can choose to pick up
the products from our location.
 I have created this ship mode based on price with
0.00 charge but it never shows up in the pull down
menu for customers to choose, no matter what I try I
can't get it to work.

Can anyone help get this to work
