[ic] (ic)install problem error with customer and admin link

This is the error I am getting when I click the customer & admin link. I
did restart interchange after finishing makecat, and have interch as owner
of the catalog and interchange.

Object not found!

The requested URL was not found on this server. The link on the referring
page seems to be wrong or outdated. Please inform the author of that page
about the error.
