Look at Admin > Shipping in your admin control panel. You can use any
provider of shipping. If you donšt want any of the default ones, just delete
them. 

Select Create new method >
And follow the prompts.

We have a UK store referencing off UK letter, ParcelForce 24 and 48 hour.

Of course you wont get any prices in your cart if you havent added weights
to your product table.
