[ic] perl code in mv_check gets executed despite verification failure

mailed Racke back the bit he had deleted:)

On his advice i tried this:

&calc $CGI->{mv_check} = 'performop' if $Scratch->{success}; 1;

in the profile. unfortunately that doesn't seem to work either. It just fails silently. Nothing in the error log:(

Can anyone help?
