[ic] Strange error while loading interchange related pages.

The apache logs say nothing about this error:
/cgi-bin/cart.cgi/admin/index.html HTTP/1.1" 200 159 "-" "Mozilla/4.0
(compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0; Hot Lingo 2.0)"

No errors what so ever in apache logs, also no error in interchange
logs.

What could it be?
