[ic] VAT on Shipping

Dear List,

Following an article posted somewhere else on how to set up Interchange for
use in the UK (using VAT and adding Switch/Solo/Delta as card types) I've
managed to get VAT on product sales sucessfully calculated.

One thing I can't seem to find is that VAT needs to calculated on the
shipping costs and the tax amount added to the "Tax" column so that
everything balances.  Could someone please point me in the right direction?
