Okay, I've gone ahead and put "UK" in the TAXSHIPPING variable and restarted
Interchange.  If I add an example £1.00 product to the cart and select £8.95
shipping (a total of £9.95 in other words) it still displays tax as £0.18
and the total as £10.13.  It should, of course, show £1.74 as tax with a
total of £11.69.

Suggestions?
