Thanks for the heads-up, although it's worth mentioning that it's working
without the leading space for me which is good because Access really didn't
like the idea of a field with a leading space.

Ah, in other words it was written for people like me :)

I've written off to Ingram Micro (UK) to see if they offer something in this
format to save me having to manually enter the specification details.
Techdata's UK company ("Computer 2000") fails to mention anything like that
being available on their site.

If anyone in the UK knows of any disties that offer something in the above
format, please let me know!
