[ic] Simple question: Upload file attributes

Hello group,

I have a question which seems simple enough, but I haven't found any
documentation about it.

For one of our clients we are creating a website that includes movies,
which they upload via the administration pages. The server currently
assigns the attributes 660 to these files (rw-rw----). Is it possible to
change this to 644 (rw-r--r--), and if so, how?
